Delivery Information

The shape, size and complexity of products across our portfolio varies so greatly that we specify estimated lead times for each product - these lead times can be found on each product page on the left-hand side under the 'Delivery' tab. 

Lead times are estimates and, of course, can vary depending on the size of the order. If you have an urgent need for products to be delivered faster than the estimated lead time, then please call us as we usually have the flexibility to meet those demands.

We will deliver using one of three different methods: courier, pallet service and our own fleet. We will always specify which method will be used for your delivery and will contact you in advance to ensure the intended delivery date is suitable for you and we will specify time slots when possible.

 

Returns Information

We have the utmost confidence you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cube Company. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase or if it has been damaged in some way, we will offer a refund or replacement provided you comply with the following policy:

- You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the goods in writing via email if you encounter any problems

- You must retain the goods and in their original packaging ready for collection by us.

- Where goods are not faulty we will charge a return carriage charge which will be based upon the delivery charge, plus an admin fee of £25.00 (exc. VAT).

- We will not be able to accept returned goods which have been made to custom specifications or using your own fabric.

 

Security Policy

We use strict security procedures to guard your personal and sensitive information. All card transactions are encrypted using secure software and any details are either stored securely or destroyed after use. All online orders are protected by Sage Pay™ - a market-leader in secure online payments.

Privacy Policy

We comply with UK data protection law and will only use your personal information for processing your order. We will not use your information to send marketing communications unless you have agreed or 'opted in'. We will never pass your information on to other companies or third parties unless you instruct us to do so.
